Meet the founder
Scott Morrison
From building materials and coatings to wine, Scott has spent over 25 years operating in and around factories.
Over a decade, he built the sustainability function from scratch for a large New Zealand manufacturer with 900 people and more than $750 million in revenue.
In 2023, he moved to lead a deep-tech start-up based at the University of Sydney. The team was developing a cool-roof coating that reduced built-environment energy demand by over 27%.
An industrial chemist by training, he brings a practical understanding of production, capital investment and organisational change — alongside a clear view of the opportunities in a lower-carbon economy.
