About Us

Whether it be building materials, coatings or wine, our founder, Scott Morrison has spent over 25 years operating in and around factories. He understands the challenges of manufacturing, the unique compliance obligations but above all, the opportunity to create tangible value through innovation and sustainability disciplines.
Having, over the course of a decade, created from scratch the sustainability function for a large manufacturer in New Zealand (900pax, >$750m rev) in 2023 he switched to leading a small, Deep Tech pre-revenue start-up, based out of the University of Sydney, which was developing a novel cool roof coating that reduced energy demand in the built environment by over 27%.
He is a graduate of the Prince of Wales’ Business Sustainability Programme, University of Cambridge’s premier executive-learning course for sustainability, as well as UCBerkeley’s Leading Innovative Change programme. He is a former Chair of the Sustainable Steel Council.
In 2022-23, he was nominated to the “Low Carbon Economy” working group, one of the 4 pillars in the creation of the Government’s Advanced Manufacturing Industry Transformation Plan – a 50 year roadmap to transform the New Zealand manufacturing sector.
Scott brings in trusted partners from across Australasia, with specific skill sets to support the projects undertaken, as needs are identified.
